ARRIVAL TIME

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. First time clients will need to fill out paperwork.

WHAT TO EXPECT IF YOU ARE LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT

If you are more than 10 minutes late, this will decrease the effectiveness of the treatment. In order to keep our following guests on schedule we will need to end your treatment on time. The full value of your treatment will be charged.


WHAT IS THE SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments must be reserved with a credit card. Should you wish to cancel or change an appointment, we require 24 hours’ advanced notice. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of your services. No-shows will also be charged the full treatment value.

All Gift cards must be presented at check in and are non-transferrable.

If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, you can not substitute someone else to take your place.

SPA ETIQUETTE

Please respect the tranquility of our spa environment by turning off your cell phone during your visit. To maintain a serene ambiance, and for the privacy and comfort of our guests, no small children will be permitted in our spa.

ARE GRATUITIES INCLUDED
Gratuities are not included in the price of any service. For those wishing to show appreciation, cash gratuity is recommended. The industry averages are from 15-20% of the service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Tarise Day Spa purchases, simply return the unopened product within 7 days of your purchase and we will be happy to provide a store credit.
